Special use case: Double-Tap and RawData
In certain situations you want to make sure that time for the sensor and the Gateway to connect is minimal but at the same time want to receive raw data (PPG, …). If the sensor is in automatic mode, it may take up to 60 seconds for the sensor to be found by the Gateway, if the sensor is in standard mode, there is no rawdata. Then it is time to use this special configuration trick for the Two and c-med sensor.

Activate the sensor (if in Standard mode).
Then scan in the app and connect to the sensor. If the sensor is in automatic mode, the scanning and connecting will only work if the sensor is rapidly flashing blue (10 s each 60 s).
On iOS you have to swipe from the right to the left to see the services.

Once connected, search for the unknown service which contains two unknown characteristics. On Android, tap on the service in order to reveal the unknown characteristics.
Then tap on the upward facing arrow of the unknown characteristic (the other unknown characteristic has no upward facing arrow).

Once you have done this, the sensor will shut down. Now you can activate it with a double tap. Then the red LED will not light up, but the blue LED will flash once every few seconds indicating that it is active.
Note:
- if the sensor is blow 32 °C and was never over this temperature and was not connected to a Bluetooth device after turning it on) it will turn off after a while.
- Make sure that you disconnect the sensor in the App, so that the sensor is not “blocked” for the use with the Gateway.
